Who is the photographer working with at the event?
We have an add-on that allows event attendees to be notified when AI finds them in photos at the event. They can download the photos directly to their device. It's great for the fun portions of the event, like cocktail parties and golf tournaments.
A reserved area where a photographer is stationed to take headshots / portraits. This is an add-on feature that requires an additional fee. Photobooth includes a background (your choice of color) and studio-style lighting.
Sometimes two or more photographers are needed to handle large crowds in a timely manner.
Delivery of photo and video assets.
1-Day Rush is our term for delivering the assets within a 24-hour window after the last day of an event. Ex: the event ends at 7pm on Friday, photos are delivered by 7pm on Saturday.
Same Day Rush is our term for delivering the assets within a 6-hour window after the last day of an event. Ex: the event ends at 7pm on Friday, photos are delivered by 1am on Saturday.
It is not uncommon for delivery emails and downloads to be blocked by company firewalls or spam filters. WeTransfer is commonly blocked by enterprise server systems. Please advise.
You have the option to have photos delivered at the end of each day for social media or general use such as next-day slide shows. Up to 30 images may be provided at no additional cost. Up to 60 images incurs an additional $30 fee for each day.
